If you have opted to receive information from Nuevo Entertainment Limited we will use your details for these purposes: mailing or market research. If you have opted to allow your data to be shared, we will disclose your details to third parties for the purposes of market research or mailing. The Nuevo Entertainment Limited maintains the 'Technology of Tomorrow 08' website (the "Site") for your personal entertainment, information, educational use only. It is subject to change without notice. You may only download material displayed on the Site for non-commercial; personal use only, provided you also retain all copyright and other proprietary notices contained on the materials. You may not, however, distribute, modify, transmit, reuse, report, or use the contents of the Site for public or commercial purposes, including the text, images, audio and video without the written permission of Nuevo Entertainment Limited. Your access and use of the Site is also subject to the following terms and conditions ("Terms and Conditions") and all applicable laws. By accessing and browsing the Site, or any part of it, you accept, without limitation or qualification, these Terms and Conditions and acknowledge that any other agreement between you and Nuevo Entertainment Limited is superseded and of no force or effect.

Nuevo Entertainment Limited neither warrants nor represents that your use of materials displayed on the Site will not infringe rights of third parties not owned by or affiliated with Nuevo Entertainment Limited. 2. While Nuevo Entertainment Limited uses all reasonable efforts to include accurate and up-to-date information or materials on the Site, Nuevo Entertainment Limited makes no warranties, guarantees or representations as to its accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability. Nuevo Entertainment Limited assumes no liability or responsibility for any errors or omissions in the content on the Site. You acknowledge that such content may contain inaccuracies or errors and we expressly exclude liability for such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law. 3. Your use and browsing of the Site is at your own risk. Nuevo Entertainment Limited does not guarantee that use of the Site will be compatible with all hardware and software that may be used to access it. Neither Nuevo Entertainment Limited nor any other party involved in creating, producing, hosting or delivering the Site is liable for any direct, incidental, consequential, indirect, or punitive damages arising out of your access to, use of, the Site. Nuevo Entertainment Limited also assumes no responsibility and shall not be liable for any damages to, or viruses that may infect your computer equipment or other property on account of your access to, use of, or browsing of the Site or your downloading of any materials, data, text, images, video, or audio from the Site. 4. Any communication or material you transmit to the Site by electronic email or otherwise, including any data, questions, comments, suggestions, or the like is and will be treated as, non-confidential and non-proprietary. Anything you transmit or post may be used by Nuevo Entertainment Limited or its affiliates for any purpose, including but not limited to reproduction, disclosure, transmission, publication, broadcast, and posting. Furthermore, Nuevo Entertainment Limited is free to use any ideas, concepts, know-how, or techniques contained in any communication you send to the Site for any purpose whatsoever, including but limited to developing and marketing services using such information. 5. Images of people or places displayed on the Site are either the property of, or used with permission by, Nuevo Entertainment Limited. The use of these images by you, or anyone else authorised by you, is prohibited unless specifically permitted by these Terms and Conditions or specific permission provided elsewhere on the Site. Any unauthorised use of the images may violate copyright laws, trademark laws, the laws of privacy and publicity, and communications regulations and statutes. 6. The trademarks, logos, and service marks (collectively the "Trademarks") displayed on the Site are registered and unregistered Trademarks of Nuevo Entertainment Limited. Nothing contained on the Site should be construed as granting, by implication, estoppels, or otherwise, any license or right to use any Trademark displayed on the Site, without the permission of Nuevo Entertainment Limited or such third party that may own the Trademarks displayed on the Site. Your misuse of the Trademarks displayed on the Site, or any other content on the Site, except as provided in these Terms and Conditions, is strictly prohibited. You are also advised that Nuevo Entertainment Limited will aggressively enforce its intellectual property rights to the fullest extent of the law, including seeking of criminal prosecution. 7. Nuevo Entertainment Limited has not reviewed all of the sites linked to the Site and is not responsible for the contents of any off-site pages or any other sites linked to the Site. Your linking to any other off-site pages or other sites is at your own risk. Any purchase of goods and services made through third parties websites shall be subject to those third parties terms and conditions. 8. Although Nuevo Entertainment Limited may from time to time monitor or review discussions, chats, postings, transmissions, bulletin boards and the like on the Site, Nuevo Entertainment Limited is under no obligation to do so and assumes no responsibility or liability arising from the content of any such locations not for any error, defamation, libel, slander, omission, falsehood, obscenity, pornography, profanity, danger, or inaccuracy in any information contained within such locations on the Site. You are prohibited from scandalous, inflammatory, pornographic or profane materials or any material that could constitute or encourage conduct that would be considered a criminal offence, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any law. Nuevo Entertainment Limited will co-operate with any law enforcement authorities or court order requesting or directing Nuevo Entertainment Limited to disclose the identity of anyone posting any such information or materials. 9. The Site is controlled and operated by Nuevo Entertainment Limited from our offices in England. The formation, existence, construction, performance, validity in all aspects whatsoever of these terms and conditions or of any term of these terms and conditions or any dispute in relation to the materials contained in the Site shall be governed by English law. The English and Welsh courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any disputes, which may arise out of or in connection with these terms and conditions or use of the site. Your continued use of the Site indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. 10. Nuevo Entertainment Limited may at any time revise these Terms and Conditions by updating this posting. You are bound by any such revisions and should therefore periodically visit this page to review these current Terms and Conditions to which you are bound."
Ticket Terms and Conditions
All tickets ("Tickets") sold by Nuevo Entertainment Limited are subject to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. 1. Please check your Tickets upon receipt. 2. Your Ticket may be in the form of paper, mobile/bar code or chip technology or such other form that becomes available on the market. 3. Refunds will not be given unless an event is cancelled or in certain other circumstances as set out in these Terms and Conditions. 4. Tickets (including Standing Tickets) cannot be exchanged. 5. Removing the ticket stub invalidates the Ticket. 6. Tickets are not transferable. Reselling a Ticket for profit or commercial gain or for use in competitions, promotions or corporate boxes packages without the express permission of the Event Promoter will void the Ticket. Failure to adhere to this condition will result in the Ticket holder being refused entry or removed from the Venue. 7. Tickets brought from unauthorised agents are not valid and admission to the event will not be permitted. 8. Nuevo Entertainment Limited is not liable for any Tickets that are lost or stolen. Standing tickets can not be duplicated under any circumstances
The Performance
Cancellation right/right to make alterations 1. Nuevo Entertainment Limited reserves the right to make alterations to the advertised event, where the alterations are not material. 2. The Ticket holder has a right only to a seat of a value corresponding to that stated on the Ticket holder's Ticket and management reserves the right to provide alternative seats to those specified on the Ticket. 3. For reasons beyond Nuevo Entertainment Limited control, for example performer's illness or major power failure, the Event Promoter reserves the right to make material alterations to the advertised event or cancel/re-schedule the event.
Refund policy
1. If an event is cancelled, you will be entitled to a refund from Nuevo Entertainment Limited, of the face value of the Ticket. 2. If the advertised event is re-scheduled or subject to a Material alteration (see below for definition) after the date you brought the Ticket, Nuevo Entertainment Limited will publish notice of this and operate a refund scheme under which, if you choose not to attend the event, you may return your unused Ticket for a refund of the face value of the Ticket. Applications for a refund should be made at the original point of purchase. 3. A "Material" alteration is a change which makes the event materially different to the event that purchasers of Tickets (taken generally) could reasonably expect. This is judged by reference to the nature and billing of each event, for example, where, other than supporting acts, there is only one billed act, the non-appearance of the billed headline act will be Material; but the non-appearance of a billed supporting act will not be Material, even if such act is not replaced. Please note that acts billed as festivals or themed events e.g. 'Technology of Tomorrow' or 'Internet of Tomorrow' are judged, for this purpose, by reference to the overall theme rather than the individual act scheduled to appear. (This includes all events where the event name does not include reference to any specific act). In these cases, no scheduled acts may be considered as headline acts, regardless of their relative fame or prominence in the billing and any changes in acts will not be Material, even if such acts are not replaced. You will not be entitled to a refund in the event of any non-Material changes to an event, nor is there any more general right to a refund for unwanted Tickets. The Venue is not liable for any Tickets that are lost or stolen. 4. Obtaining a refund - for information on the procedure for obtaining a refund, please contact the point of sale from which you purchased your Tickets. Certain conditions to obtaining a refund apply as follows: (i) Nuevo Entertainment Limited will only refund Tickets purchased from authorised agents; (ii) refunds will only be made on production of the whole unused Ticket; and (iii) refunds will only be made on Tickets that have not been presented to gain entrance to the event. If the advertised event is re-scheduled or subject to a Material alteration (as defined above), refund requests should be made as soon as possible after notification of the change and before the revised event. If the advertised event is re-scheduled or subject to a Material alteration at short notice (within 1 week of the revised event) or is cancelled, refund requests should be made as soon as possible after the original scheduled date of the performance. 5. Notifications of cancelled/altered events - Please check before traveling that an event has not been cancelled, rescheduled or subject to Material alteration. Information on such matters will be made available on behalf of Nuevo Entertainment Limited as reasonably possible. 6. Tickets may be offered for sale at a discounted rate during promotional periods (the number and duration of promotional periods will be at the discretion of Nuevo Entertainment Limited). When tickets are sold during a promotional period at a discount rate from the standard list price no refunds will be given for the difference in the ticket prices when tickets have been purchased outside the promotional period at the standard list price.
